Job Purpose:

Direct supervision of the implementation of technical activities related to the agriculture and value chain of different agricultural crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of implementing all agricultural activities.
  • Preparing technical studies and BoQ for the relevant activities.
  • Submitting periodic reports to the project officer
  • Discuss the problems faced in working with the project officer and suggest solutions.
  • Conducting field visits to ensure that the project activities are implemented according to the agreed technical specifications and BoQ in advance.
  • Ensure the implementation of the project’s general plans and report any defect if it occurs.
  • Attending periodic meetings with the field team.
  • Any other work that his direct manager may request.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
    • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture.
    • Two years of experience in implementing the agricultural projects and value chain of different agricultural crops.
    • Medium level in English.
    • Ability to travel and move within the regions of northern Syria / Al-Bab – Jarabulus – Azaz /.
