Humanitarian Relief Association (IYD) invites qualified service providers/suppliers to apply for the following tender:

Rehabilitation & repair of Shelter.

• RFP No: B-028.
• Type of service: Rehabilitation & repair of Shelter.
• Works locations: Aleppo (Tal Rifaat) and Idlib and its countryside, and Hama and the northern countryside
• Contract Type: Long Term Contract.

Sealed proposals to be submitted to IYD offices in:

• IYD office in Idleb –Syria: the northern neighbourhood – Maarat Misrin road Building number: M-07/00802, M-07/00801.
• IYD office in Al Bab -Syria: The western road, north of Souq Al-Hal, 500 meters away.

Deadline for submission of proposals: Last date for bids submission is fixed on Wednesday, 05-01-2026 at 15:00 Turkey, local time.
