Job Purpose:
Fully undertake cleaning tasks that can help provide a safe, hygienic, and comfortable environment for beneficiaries and protect them from potential hazards by disposing of hazardous materials and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and the workplace is well-maintained and presentable. On another note, cleaner can help improve the productivity of CC staff by reducing the amount of time that staff members have to spend cleaning and maintaining the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the cleaness of the center and cleaning it regularly.
- Working to serve employees and beneficiaries.
- Work to provide hospitality to the beneficiaries in coordination with the management of the center.
- Maintaining the safety of the center’s assets.
- Deliver and receive the materials to the staff and trainers at the center.
- Any other tasks assigned to it by the center’s management, in accordance to her work.
Note: The above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department’s organizational chart.
Qualification (Education – Work Experience):
Essential:
- Ability to read and write at least.
- One year of professional experience in the same position.
Desirable:
- More than one year of professional experience in the same position.
- Excellent communication skills.
