For instance, you can focus on active listening by summarizing key points after discussions to ensure accurate comprehension.<\/li><li><u>Enhancing Nonverbal Communication Awareness<\/u>: Increasing understanding of body language and tone.<\/li><li><u>Mastering Persuasive Communication<\/u>: Developing the ability to convey messages clearly and persuasively.<\/li><li><u>Conflict Resolution Skills<\/u>: Learning how to manage disagreements and navigate conflicts constructively. This involves active listening, empathy, and finding win-win solutions.<\/li><li><u>Effective Written Communication<\/u>: Improving skills in writing clear, concise, and impactful emails, reports, and other written documents.<\/li><li><u>Presentation Skills<\/u>: Enhancing the ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations. This includes structuring content, using visual aids effectively, and managing nerves.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>METHODOLOGY:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Deliver using a blended learning approach and might comprises of presentations, interactive sessions of practical exercise and group works.<\/li><li>Practical sessions using case, individual or group exercises will be given to participants after each session to make sure that they can apply what they have learnt into practice immediately.<\/li><li>Participatory training methods such as brainstorming, simulation, group discussion and case analysis.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>KEY DELIVERABLES:<\/strong><\/h5><p><strong>Following deliverables are expected from the training provider:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>The trainer will prepare agenda\/contents\/sessions of the training and submit these at least one week before start of the training.<\/li><li>The trainer shall conduct pre-test from all participants of the training.<\/li><li>The trainer will also share complete package of training material that may be provided to the participants.<\/li><li>Trainer will facilitate preparation of training follow up and action plan<\/li><li>After the completion of the training, the trainer will share comprehensive training report on the agreed format within 10 days after the completion of the training.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>LOCATION:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">The location will be in Turkey Gaziantep, at the office.<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">TIMEFRAME<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 40px\">This is a short-term assignment for Firms\/ consultants based in Turkey for a period of <strong>5 days<\/strong> training from <strong>26 to 30\/Aug\/2024<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>LANGUAGE<\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Language of speak during the training: Arabic with using some English terms.<\/li><li>Language of the training files: English.<\/li><li>Language of discussion: Arabic.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>DUITES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/p><p>The trainer\/consultant\/resource person will:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Sign with IYD a consultancy agreement and work as a resource person for the days training event.<\/li><li>Discuss and agree with IYD on the final training package, content and deliverables.<\/li><li>Design an appropriate process of the training leading to the desired results.<\/li><li>Propose on the most appropriate training methodology for effective delivery of the assignment.<\/li><li>Device the tools required for each session of the training.<\/li><li>Satisfactorily facilitate the training sessions and ensuring active engagement of all the participants.<\/li><li>Share relevant training materials and provide any resource materials for further reading and reference by IYD staff.<\/li><li>Design a questionnaire for pre and post-test (to be used before and after the workshop) for workshops to gauge the level of understanding of the participants about the topics discussed in the training workshop.<\/li><li>Compile and submit quality training report (one soft copy).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>SKILLS\/COMPETENCIES:<\/strong><\/p><p>The resource person\/consultant should possess following qualifications and expertise:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Minimum university degree in Social Science, Communication, Education, Business, or other relevant field. [20 points].<\/li><li>Professional Experience: Experience in strategic management roles within reputable organizations.
