compliance of the internal procedures and controls mechanism with the IYD policies and procedures, donors\u2019 requirements and Government regulations<\/li><li>Review all CBAs related to current transactions.<\/li><li>Review all payment orders above 1000 $ related to the current transaction.<\/li><li>Select a random sample for under 1000$ transactions and prepare a suitable report.<\/li><li>Document, evaluate, and test systems and controls to determine their adequacy and effectiveness to ensure (i) compliance with rules and regulations, (ii) accomplishment of management\u2019s objectives, (iii) reliability and integrity of information, (iv) economic use of resources.<\/li><li>Conduct independent and objective verifications of expenditures processed under the Managed Cash Flow scheme. Conduct Field Monitor Visits and test payments made through the reimbursement claims for completeness and verification by the beneficiaries.<\/li><li>Participate in all allegations after coordination with the compliance manager.<\/li><li>Ensure through spot checks and appropriate systems that relevant procedures and supporting documents are exhaustive and consistent.<\/li><li>Monitor and report on the implementation status of recommendations resulting from verifications mission and the internal\/external audits.<\/li><li>Prepare and submit periodic reports on issues and any material weaknesses identified during the review period.<\/li><li>Participate in preparing all types of external audits.<\/li><\/ul><div><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0<u>The above-mentioned key responsibilities\/accountabilities are illustrative ones.
