Humanitarian Relief Association (IYD) invites qualified service providers/suppliers to apply for the following tender:

1-Cash Transfer to Beneficiaries
2-Salary transfers to staff and payments to suppliers.

  2-Salary transfers to staff and payments to suppliers
• Works locations:Damascus – Daraa- As-Suwayda – Homs – Hama – Idlib – Aleppo –
  Raqqa- Deir ez-Zor
• Contract Type: Long Term Contract.

Sealed proposals to be submitted to IYD offices in:

• IYD office in Idleb – Syria : the northern neighbourhood – Maarat Misrin road Building number: M-07/00802, M-07/00801.
• IYD office in Al Bab -Syria: The western road, north of Souq Al-Hal, 500 meters away
• IYD office in Damascus –Syria Damascus-Syria: Mezzeh Villas, Western Al-Hara, opposite
  Al-Mohammadi Mosque, next to the Nigerian Embassy.

Deadline for submission of proposals: Last date for bids submission is fixed on Monday، 20-04-2026 at 14:00 Damascus, local time.
