Humanitarian Relief Association (IYD) invites qualified service providers/suppliers to apply for the following tender:

Sealed proposals to be submitted to IYD offices in:

• IYD office in Idleb – Syria : the northern neighbourhood – Maarat Misrin road Building number: M-07/00802, M-07/00801.
• IYD office in Al Bab -Syria: The western road, north of Souq Al-Hal, 500 meters away

Deadline for submission of proposals: Last date for bids submission is fixed on Tuesday، 24-02-2026 at 14:00 Damascus, local time.
