Sub Offices daily entries with all supporting documents before posting them on the financial software.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with the donors, local laws, and related internal policies and procedures.<\/li><li>Ensure all projects accounting records and supporting documentation for all financial transactions are maintained in a systematic order and in a safe and secure condition under the custody of the organization.<\/li><li>Coordination with Field \/ Sub Offices \/ Programme department maintains a system to monitor and forecast cash requirements to meet administrative and project expenditures. Establishes monthly cash requirements for the office and requests timely replenishments.<\/li><li>Train and supervise finance and non-finance staff in the program.<\/li><li>Responsible for preparing and submitting the monthly and final financial report for each project to the finance manager for approval and onward submission to the donor.<\/li><li>Monitor the expenditures to ensure that programme funds are utilized appropriately by the close of the fiscal year.<\/li><li>Advises the programs and operations department on all budgetary and financial matters.<\/li><li>Update internal systems with financial data.<\/li><li>Reconcile bank statements and cash custodies according to financial policy.<\/li><li>Assist in developing annual master budgets and project budget together with the finance manager.<\/li><li>Manage and make sure of verification of all the accounts records before the auditing process.<\/li><li>Supporting the Finance coordinator and executives with projects and tasks when required.<\/li><\/ul><div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;font-family: helvetica, sans-serif\">Note:<\/span><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><u style=\"font-family: helvetica, sans-serif\">The above-mentioned key responsibilities\/accountabilities are illustrative ones.
