Sensitization Worker will work within a community center in Afrin under the direct supervision of the Protection Officer, applying gender and protection mainstreaming during program activities and using approved referral pathways to address cases of gender-based violence and child protection. The tasks include conducting awareness sessions targeting women, men, boys, and girls, with a focus on protection messages against sexual exploitation and abuse, and raising awareness about protection rights and reporting mechanisms.
