The training will focus on main areas<\/p><ol><li>Risk management.<\/li><li>Audit management.<\/li><li>Financial review process.<\/li><li>Compliance with donor requirements.<\/li><\/ol><p>From 19 to 23- August 2024<\/p><h5><strong>The training is aimed to achieve following objectives:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Develop the capacity of IYD\u2019s team in the field of risk assessment and internal control management<ul><li>Learn how to develop a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management Policy and framework for the Organization and departments to guide its integration with other organizational planning and management activities.<\/li><li>Learn how to develop the Organization \u2019s internal control framework in addressing risks and accomplishing the Organization \u2019s goals and objectives<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Learn how to proceed with internal audit process<ul><li>Learn how to document audit procedures, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures,<\/li><li>Learn how to prepare and monitor the internal audit plan and check list for all departments at IYD organization ( HR , Logistics, Finance, Grants, MEAL and Programs<\/li><li>Learn how to Identify, developing and documenting of audit issues and recommendations.<\/li><li>Learn how to develop internal audit report<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Financial review process<ul><li>Learn how to develop accounting and financial management policies, and approval structure.<\/li><li>Learn how to develop internal control framework and make recommendations to consistently ensure its compliance. This includes assessment of whether there are adequate controls over special or complex process,<\/li><li>Review the propriety of all processes between the Organization departments and related parties and assessment of their propriety.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Improve the process of compliance.<ul><li>Learn how to develop the compliance process among all departments<\/li><li>Learn how to develop the compliance check list and plan for all departments,<\/li><li>Standards Compliance Rules<\/li><li>Learn the Compliance and Due Diligence Stages<\/li><li>Learn how to develop Compliance Reporting<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><ol><li style=\"list-style-type: none\">\u00a0<\/li><\/ol><h5><strong>METHODOLOGY:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Deliver using a blended learning approach and might comprises of presentations, interactive sessions of practical exercise and group works.<\/li><li>Practical sessions using case, individual or group exercises will be given to participants after each session to make sure that they can apply what they have learnt into practice immediately.<\/li><li>Participatory training methods such as brainstorming, simulation, group discussion and case analysis.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>KEY DELIVERABLES:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li><strong>Following deliverables are expected from the training provider:<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Trainer will prepare agenda\/contents\/sessions of the training and submit these at least one week before start of the training.<\/li><li>Trainer shall conduct pre-test from all participants of the training.<\/li><li>Trainer will also share complete package of training material that may be provided to the participants.<\/li><li>Trainer will facilitate preparation of training follow up and action plan<\/li><li>After the completion of the training, the trainer will share comprehensive training report on the agreed format within 10 days after the completion of the training.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>LOCATION:<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>The location will be in Turkey Gaziantep, at the office.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">TIMEFRAME<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>This is a short-term assignment for Firms\/ consultants based in Turkey for a period of 5 days training from 19 to 23 -August -2024<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>DUITES &amp;
