From 5 to 9- August 2024<\/p><h5><strong>The training is aimed to achieve following objectives:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li>Learn the concept and importance of strategic management for humanitarian field<\/li><li>Learn the levels of Strategic management process<\/li><li>Analysing the internal and external factors and environment in humanitarian sector<\/li><li>Using Balance score card in strategic management<\/li><li>Identify the strategic situation<\/li><li>Models of Strategic management<\/li><li>The relationship between the leadership and strategic management,<\/li><li>Leadership concept, importance and approaches,<\/li><li>Communication skill at Strategic Level<\/li><li>Building effective teams<\/li><li>Motivation, Engagement and influence.<\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>METHODOLOGY:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>Deliver using a blended learning approach and might comprises of presentations, interactive sessions of practical exercise and group works.<\/li><li>Practical sessions using case, individual or group exercises will be given to participants after each session to make sure that they can apply what they have learnt into practice immediately.<\/li><li>Participatory training methods such as brainstorming, simulation, group discussion and case analysis.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5><strong>KEY DELIVERABLES:<\/strong><\/h5><ul><li><strong>Following deliverables are expected from the training provider:<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>The trainer will prepare agenda\/contents\/sessions of the training and submit these at least one week before start of the training.<\/li><li>The trainer shall conduct pre-test from all participants of the training.<\/li><li>The trainer will also share complete package of training material that may be provided to the participants.<\/li><li>Trainer will facilitate preparation of training follow up and action plan<\/li><li>After the completion of the training, the trainer will share comprehensive training report on the agreed format within 10 days after the completion of the training.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>LOCATION:<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>The location will be in Turkey Gaziantep, at office<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong style=\"font-size: 16px\">TIMEFRAME<\/strong><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none\"><ul><li>This is a short-term assignment for Firms\/ consultants based in Turkey for a period of 5 days training from 5 to -9 -August -2024<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>DUITES &amp;
