law.<\/li><li>Assist in the development of staffing and recruitment plan to ensure that each team is staffed appropriately, according to need and funding availability, in an efficient and timely manner.<\/li><li>Ensure the consistent implementation of HR and administration policies and procedures across the IYD.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Recruitment &amp; Selection<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Ensure staff hiring is conducted efficiently and in compliance with IYD\u2019s policies and national labour law.<\/li><li>Ensure a transparent, timely and efficient recruitment process.<\/li><li>Ensure pre-employment requirements are submitted and personnel file with documentation according to HR checklist is opened for new staff on a timely basis.<\/li><li>Ensure that all staff have undergone onboarding orientation &amp; training.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Ensure the timely and efficient payroll preparation for accurate data on donor code, number of days, benefits.<\/li><li>Ensure the proper and accurate tracking of leave.<\/li><li>Oversee the periodic salary review and analysis, and review and revision of new salary structure, as appropriate.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Employee Relations<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Ensure the timely processing of new contract, contract extension, staff transfer, promotions, and other change of status.<\/li><li>Manage processes related to disciplinary actions, staff separation, and termination.<\/li><li>Respond to employee related queries and provide services to all HR related inquiries and requests.<\/li><li>Keep IYD Team Member Guide updated and constantly communicate it, along with other HR policies to staff.<\/li><li>Make sure that employees\u2019 files are always auditable as per IYD\u2019s standards and any relevant donors\u2019 requirements.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Training &amp; Development<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Lead building the annual training and development plan as per IYD\u2019s training and development SOP\u2019s.<\/li><li>Oversee training, and capacity building\/development projects.<\/li><li>Coordinate both technical and general training initiatives that enhance staff core, common, managerial, and technical competencies.<\/li><li>Review annual training and development report to make sure that both ATP and IDP achieved their objectives.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Performance Management System<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Build, review and enhance IYD\u2019s PMS.<\/li><li>Write PMS reports based on the performance management cycle implemented at IYD (performance objective agreement, performance assessment, and performance review).<\/li><li>Enhance IYD management team\u2019s on how to properly conduct and track evaluations
