monitor and supervise the activities of assigned ERL projects: Infrastructure technical activities as well as ERL activities especially income generation interventions in order to meet its objectives.<\/li><li>Supervision of project\u2019s implementation and commit to the work plan, budget, and logical log frame.<\/li><li>Submit high quality and timely weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports that will be indicative of program progress during implementation.<\/li><li>Ensure quality control on administrative matters relating directly to project activities and its\u2019 documentation, required paper-work, and maintain all documentation required to ensure accountability to the donor.<\/li><li>Leading the project staff in HQ and field and providing technical support for the staff to ensure capacity building during the project life.<\/li><li>Providing technical support for the program manager and the supporting departments to develop the specification and BoQs for any needed goods to be procured.\u00a0<\/li><li>Participate to develop the proposals, budgets, and other document when preparing new projects, as well as participate in preparing SoP, ToR.<\/li><li>Actively communicate and present IYD with counterpart donors during meetings, related UN cluster meetings, and any other ad-hoc meeting.
