procedures adopted by the Humanitarian Relief Authority, while spreading culture and institutional awareness.<\/li><li>Preparation and continuous processing of all requirements related to the human resources department required by the technical supervisors in the Gaziantep office.<\/li><li>Follow up on the implementation and application of the procedures, policies, and plans regulating the recruitment and selection of employees by all the methods followed and the appropriate recruitment, while organizing the procedures for managing their affairs during work.<\/li><li>High coordination with management, department and project managers in the head office and internal human resources officials in everything related to the work of the human resources department.<\/li><li>Maintaining continuous communication with all department employees concerned with any matter related to the department\u2019s work, responding to internal and external inquiries, and following up on complaints and suggestions related to the department\u2019s work.<\/li><li>Doing the necessary duly for the recurring periodic work (organizing the staff schedule &#8211; payroll schedules &#8211; work schedules &#8211; work assignments &#8211; vacations) and submitting them to the direct manager.<\/li><li>Full coordination with the department manager and sending all work updates and periodic
